May is the month when the dahlia cuttings that were taken back in March will have out grown their three inch pots and require moving on up into 5 inch pots. This is a busy time for the dahlia grower because they all seem to need potting up at once. On the 2nd I found a racing pigeon which looked as if it had flown half way around the world, I looked after it and on the 5th it said goodbye and left for who knows where.
